For instance your doctor may suggest that besides using an apnea baby monitor that you start having a certain routine for your child at bedtime. This way they are going to start getting used to going to bed at the same time and knowing when to expect to go to bed.
This is really important because it is going to ensure that you are taking the best care of them that you can and making sure that their sleep apnea is going to be properly managed and kept under control.
